This well worth the time to read!
This article by the Guardian came up on my Facebook feed a few days ago. It is really interesting and it says a lot of things that make a lot of sense. Have a read of it if you are a reader or know people who should be reading more:
One of the things this article states is that people who read, we live for 2 whole years longer than people who don’t read. Well there are a lot of people I know who don’t read, so it’s comforting to know I might live longer than them in the end.
So the more you read, the longer you will get to read. How cool is that? Well that’s if the research is true and right.
